Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit to how many PDFs I can merge?

No fixed limit, but the merge happens in browser memory, so very large batches (gigabytes total) may run out of memory on some devices.

Are bookmarks, links or form fields preserved?

Page content, links inside pages and most form fields carry over. Top-level bookmarks (the table of contents) from the source PDFs are not currently merged.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Not yet. You'll need to remove the password first using a separate tool. We may add password-protected PDF support in the future.

Does the merged PDF have a watermark?

No. There are no watermarks, account requirements or limits — the output is identical in quality to the original pages.
